Mostly this kind of rice payasamas are popular in north indian. This dessert was done by my friend. Very simple festive sweet.
Ingredients
Rice-1/2 cupMilk-1 1/2 cup
Sugar-1/3 cup
Cardamom- 3 crushed
Almonds-few
Method:
1.Boil milk for 10-15 min. Wash the rice and add into the boiling milk. Cook until rice gets cooked.2.Add the elachi and grated almonds.
3.Switch off the flame. Now add sugar and stir equally. Serve chilled.
