Ingredients
Mushroom-10 no (Washed & cleaned)Green chilli-2 s
Basmati rice-1 cup
Cardamom-2 no
Onions-1/2 sliced
Coriander leaves- few
Mint-5-7 no
Butter-1 tbsp
Salt
Sugar-1/4 tsp
Method
1.Wash and soak basmati rice for 5 min.2.In a cooker melt the butter add cardamom,onion and mushroom. Saute for a min.
3.Manwhile, grind green chilli,mint and coriander leaves with few drops of water.
4.Add the grounded paste into the cooker and stir cotinuously. Add 1/4 tsp of sugar.
5.Now add the soaked rice and check for salt. Add 1 a/2 cup of water. Close the lid.
Cook in simmer for 20 min.Pluff the rice with fork. Ready! Serve with sauce. I had few Mc'D sauces.
