Mattar Cauliflower Gravy

Ingredients

Cauliflower-1 flower
Peas-1/4 cup
Onion-2 chopped
Curry leaves-few
Tomato-2 chopped
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Curry powder-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Coriander leaves-few chopped
Sombu/Fennel seeds-1/2 tsp
Bay leaf-2
Patta-1
Oil-1 tbsp
Salt

Method

1.Clean & wash  the cauliflower with hot water and cut into small/medium pieces.
2.In a pan heat oil and add sombu,pattta and bay leaf. Add curry leaves,chopped onions,tomato,green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Saute till raw smell goes off.
3.Add turmeric powder,chilli powder,curry masala,coriander powder and salt.Stir nicely and add needed water to cook.
4.Meanwhile in a bowl add peas and water. Allow it to cook in stove/Microwave owen for 5-10 min.
5.Check the cauliflower gravy and after water oozes out add the cooked peas and stir. Last you can add pepper powder also. Garnish with coriander leaves.
