Ingredients
Tindora/Kovavaka-1/4 kgChilli powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt
Oil
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Urad dal-1/4 tsp
Method
1.Clean the tindora by cutting both side of its edges. cut into thin slits long wise.2.In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves and tindora. Stir continuously.
3.Add chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt. Fry till it reaches brown color for nearly 20 min in medium flame. Serve with sambar/Keera masiyal.
