Ingredients
Chicken legs-2Vinegar-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chicken kabab masala/Chicken 65 masala-2 tbsp
Curd-1 tbsp
Salt
Oil- For shallow fry
Method
1.Wash chicken legs and add all the above ingredients.Mix well.2.Marinade for 2-3 hrs/Whole night in refrigerator.
3.Shallow fry in oil. Ready!
