Kaju Katli

Ingredients


Cashew-1 cup(whole cashew)
Sugar-1/2 cup
Water-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Milk-1 tbsp(optional)
Ghee(optional)


Method

1.Grind cashew along with cardamom poder and keep aside.
2.In a non stick pan add water and sugar. Make sugar syrup. Wait until u get one string stage.Now add cashew powder and stir continuously till it become tight.
3.Transfer on wrap sheet and make a dice and wait till it comes to room temp. Another method,if ur cashew paste becomes tight add little milk and Greece ghee then roll it with chapathi stick. Then you can cut your kaju katli. Try it in you home.Its very simple.You will get the orig taste of kaju katli as we get from Anandha bavan or any sweet shop.
Im sorry for not getting perfect shape you guys try for alternative option which i mentioned you will get perfect shape.
