Ingredients
Poha/Aval-1 cupGreen Chilli-1 chopped
Kadala paruppu-1 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Groundnuts-few
Onion-1/2 chopped(optional)
Salt
Curry leaves & coriander leaves
Method
1.wash and soak poha/Aval for 5 min. Drain the water completely and keep aside.2.In a pan heat oil and throw mustard seeds,Kadala paruppu,curry leaves,onion(optional),green chilli,ground nut and turmeric powder.Saute for a min.
3.Now add poha and stir completely till excess water oozes out. Check for salt and add lemon juice last and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
