Onion Coriander chutney

Ingredients:


Onion-1 big
Tomato-1 big
Red chilli-2
Coriander leaves-1/4 bunch
Tamarind- little
Coconut scraps- 1/4 cup
Salt
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
oil

Method:

1.In a pan add oil and then add chopped onion,tomato and cleaned fresh coriander leaves.Saute for a while.
2.Add red chilli,coconut and tamarind into it. Saute till onion reach golden brown color.
3.Allow it to cool and then grind.
4.For seasoning,add oil, mustard seeds and  curry leaves. Add in grounded chutney. Ready to serve.Goes well with Idly and Dosa.
