Ingredients:
Egg-5
Onion-1 Big
Tomato-1 Big(Grind in blender)
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Green chilli-2 slit
Thick Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Fennel seed/Sombu-1 tsp
Coriander leaves few
Curry leaves few
Oil,Salt & needed water.
Method:
1.Take a pan and add mustard seeds,fennel seed,Onion,curry leaves,green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Saute for a while.
2.Now add tomato puree and add turmeric powder,chilli powder and coriander powder. Saute for 2 min.
3.Add needed water,coconut milk and req salt and allow it to boil for 5-8 min.
4.Add broken egg and close the lid and cook for 5 min in medium flame.
5.Switch of the flame and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with white rice.
Note:
Coconut milk may also be optional.But ading coconut milk gives you taste.
Adding green chilli is also optional
