Easy way to separate Egg white and yellow


Preserve Cilantro/Coriander leaves for longer days

How many times have you had to throw away Cilantro because it spoils before you finish it up? Try this method for storing Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) and keep them fresh for 10 to 14 days.



-You can add Aval/Poha while grinding dough for Idly/Dosa batter. Add Ladies finger/Okra for getting soft idlies.
-Remove the stem of green chillies and store in fridge for longer life.
-Store coconut in freezer for longer life. Soak in hot water for 5 min before you use.
-Add 2 tsp of water to the egg mixture to get fluffy omelette.
-Add a few pieces of raw potato(skin peeled) to remove excess salt in the dish.
-Add a pinch of sugar while boiling green peas to retain their green colour.
-To set curd faster, add a slit green chillie to it.
-To store coconut for long days freeze them. Before using place them in hot water for 15-20 mins
-To remove heavy stains from bottomed vessel,allow water to boil and add detergent powder and allow it to boil for 15 mins in medium flame. Then wash with normal dish washing soap.
-To get white color idly rinse urad dal and rice at least for 3-4 times.
-To clean mess around the gas top spray vinegar and sprinkle some baking soda on it. Letit sit for 10 mins. Wipe it with tissue. It will be perfectly cleaned,
