Method
1.Chop the onions,tomato and coconut.
2.In a kadai heat oil and add 2 Tbsp of urad dal and fry until it reaches golden color.
3.Add the dry red chillis,onion,tomato,tamarind and coconut. saute well until onion becomes translucent
6.Mix well and serve with pongal,idly,dosa. Also goes well with yellow rice(thalicha sadham). Try it and taste it ! We had with pongal.
Note
1.If can be served little bit watery also. Taste good.
2.Urad dal should be roasted nicely.
