Prawn- 250 gms
Onion- 2 big chopped
Tomato- 2 small chopped
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Curry leaves few
Fennel seed- 1/2 tsp


1. Clean the prawn and wash them with turmeric powder.
2.In a kadai/pan heat oil and add fennel seed. Now add onions,tomato and curry leaves. Saute for a min.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off. Last add the cleaned prawns and add required water. Check for salt and close the lid. Cook in medium flame for 15 min. After water evaporates you will be getting gravy like. Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves. Ready to serve hot with hot rasam rice
