Ingredients
Raw rice- 1cupOnion-1 /2 chopped
Coconut grated- 1 cup
Urad dal- 1 tbsp
Channa dal-1 tbsp
Red chilli-2
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Cashew- few
Curry leaves few
Coconut oil- 2 tbsp
Method
1.Pressure cook rice and keep aside.2.Heat the coconut oil in pan. Add channa dal,mustard seeds,urad dal,red chilli,curry leaves,cashew,onion,salt and grated coconut. Saute for few min.
3.Mix the cooked rice and mix well. Check for salt. Ready to serve!
