Ingredients
Bitter gourd- 2 no. Thin Sliced round shape as shown in picChilli powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds-few
Urad dal-few
Curry leaves few
Salt
Oil
Method
1.In a kadai heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and few urad dal.2.Add curry leaves along with bitter gourd.
3.Add chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt. Fry in medium flame for nearly 20 min or more until it changes its color. Ready to serve with sambar rice.
Do not add water.Just cook in oil.
