Very simple method of Royyala Iguru recipe. I learnt this recipe from my mother-in-law and we jus luv to eat whenever she prepare this.Perfect combination with fish gravy/Meen kuzhambu. Try this and enjoy your sunday meal.
Ingredients
Prawn/Royyal/Eral-250gms(Clean & wash with turmeric powder)
Onion-3 big finely chopped
Green chilli-1 chopped
Coconut-1/2 (Grind and keep wih little water)
Oil-2 tbsp
Curry leaves- few
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves- chopped
Salt
Method
1.In a kadai/pan add all the ingredients at the same time and add raw oil too.2.Switch on the flame and close the kadai with lid and cook in medium flame.No need to add water.
3.Water oozes out from onions.check for salt and cook till it comes gravy like. Last add chopped coriander leaves.
Light green Yummy Royyala Iguru is ready to serve. Serve with Meen Kuzhambu
