Podi Dosa/Idly Podi

Ingredients

Urad dal-1/2 cup
Channa dal-1/2 cup
Red chillis-7-10
Hing-pinch
Salt-needed
Garlic-4 cloves(optional)
Curry leaves- optional
Sesame seeds-1/4 cup (optional)
Sugar-1/2 tsp(optional)

Method:

1.Dry roast urad dal,channa dal,red chilli and sesame seeds separately in a medium flame.
2.While roasting channa dal add hing and garlic along.
3.Allow it to cool in room temperature and grind coarsely.Idly Podi is ready!

Podi dosa

1.Pour dosa batter on stove and just sprinkle some idly podi on top.
2.Add some ghee surrounding. Podi dosa is ready
