Gujarathi Potato fry

When i came US the very first day my hubby manager called us for dinner.His wife prepared this potato-Brinjal fry.Yummy it was.Totally gone mad of this fry.She told its a gujarathi dish and i learnt from her. Try and enjoy your dish. This masala gives you different flavor.

Ingredients:

Potato-3 No
Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Gujarathi masala powder-1 tbsp
Salt
Oil-2 tsp

Gujarathi masala powder:

Coriander seed-2tp
Aniseed/Sombu-1tp
Calonge-1/2 tp
Jeera/Cumin seed-1/4tp
Methi/Fenugreek seed-1/3 tp
Roast and grind dry

Method:

1. Take a pan add oil and throw potato. Fry in medium flame until it become soft.
2.Now add turmeic powder,chilli powder and salt.
3.Last add the grounded masala powder and serve.

Note: 

1.You can also add brinjal along with tomato.Its a good combo.
2.Fry potato in medium flame for soft consistant.Close lid and cook.
