Ingredients(Serves 3)
Moong dal/Pasi parupu-1/2 cup
Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Cardamom/Elachi-3
Jaggery-1/2 cup
Cashew-
Raisin
Ghee-1tp
Method
1.Pressure cook moong dal for 3 whistle.2.In pan add ghee and fry cashew,raisin and keep aside.
3.In the same pan add jaggery and water. Wait till jaggery melts.Now add coconut milk,elachi powder and cooked moong dal. Let it cook for 5 min.
4.Garnish with cashew and raisin.
