Marble cake| chocolate frosting|chocolate ganache glaze- 150th post

yurekhas cookbook | September 16, 2016 |
I was searching marble cake in many websites. I wasn't satisfied with any of the ratios so I applied my own ratio. All were adding water instead I used milk to it. Small small notes I made on my own and my cake turned perfect. I was inspired by one of my friend Sangeetha to try this chocolate cake. Frosting was taught by my friend Sonali. She makes perfect icing. Two types of frosting she taught me one is regular method which I applied here another one is double boiler method using granulated sugar which I'll try next time. Thank you so much for all who encouraged and support me to give my best. It's my 150 th post. I dedicate to all my readers. Happy cooking. !  
