Ingredients
5 cleaned fish
1 onion
2 green chilli
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 cup thick coconut milk
1 cup think coconut milk
1 tsp ginger crushed

1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Method
1. Clean the fish and wash with lime or vinegar.2.In a kadai heat oil and splatter some mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Add chopped onions and curry leaves. Saute.
3. Add ginger garlic and green chilli following. Saute well until raw smell goes off.
4.Now add chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and coriander powder. Add both thick and thin coconut milk. Stir well and allow it to boil for 10 mins.
5. Now add cleaned fish and allow it to cook for 5 mins until fish gets cooked.
6. Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves. Ready to be served.
fenugreek seeds can be used as powder too.
