Broccoli paratha


Ingredients

1 cup grated broccoli
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp jeera 
1 tsp oil

For dough 

2 cups atta
salt
water
Ghee as requred

Method

1. Mix salt and water to the flour. Make a dough. Cover with plastic wrap or tissue for 15 mins. Dough will be super soft. If you wish apply a tsp of oil to it while mixing.
2. In a pan heat oil and add jeera.a DD grated broccoli and all the other items. Stir fry and keep aside.
3. Knead the dough and make balls.
4. Dust some flour and roll it. Keep stuffing in middle and close carefully. Firm press with your fingers.
5. Dust flour on rolling pin and start rolling gently. Make sure stuffing shouldn't come out. If needed dust some flour.
6. Heat tawa and put rolled paratha.cook in both sides and finally apply ghee or oil to it. Serve hot with your sides.
