Cabbage paratha

Ingredients

For stuffing

Grated or finely chopped cabbage - 1 cup
Green chilli- 2 finely chopped
Jeera - 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/4tsp
Garam masala -  1/2 tsp
Salt

For dough

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt
Water

Method

1. Add oil,salt and required water to wheat flour. Make a dough. Let it sit for 20 mins
2. Mix all the ingredients mentioned for stuffing.
3. Take the dough and make equall balls.roll it like a roti and Place the cabbage stuffing in middle and close. Dust some flour and roll it again slowly.
5. Heat tawa and place a stuffed paratha. Add some oil or ghee. Cook on both sides. Serve hot.
