Turmeric powder

Hing/Perungayam
Sprinkle
Mustard seeds

Channa dal
½ Tsp
Urad dal
½ Tsp
Salt

Oil
1 Tbsp

Hint Procedure

Idly-Scramble-Pan-heat oil-mustard-channa-urad dal-curry leaves-onion-chilli-hing-turmeric-salt-Scrambled Idly-Toss well-serve

Detailed Procedure

1.Scramble the Idly. Finely chop onions and green chilli

2.In a wok heat oil and add mustard seeds,channa dal and urad dal. Add onions,curry leaves and green chilli followed by.Saute well until onion becomes translucent.
                   

3.Add hing,turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well. Add the idly's and toss them well. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Ready.
                                                                                                    

Perfect Tea time evening tiffin for Kids and for us also. :)
