Another Non veg special. Sura puttu (Shark fish Stir fry) is a popular recipe in south india. This sura puttu is good for lactose secretion after delivery. And we should also know Shark fish is not advisable to eat during pregnancy.I have seen many people who eat non veg but avoid fish to the fishy smell or some other reason.Try them with this dish and they will never say no to fish. Fish is good source of Vitamin D. So don't avoid eating fish.

1.Wash the fish thrice. In a bottomed vessel add water and place the fish until it get immersed.
Add turmeric powder and cook the fish for 10-15 mins

Easy method but it takes long time to be fried. Enjoy with sambar rice or rasam.

Notes

1.Instead of adding garlic pods we can also also add 1 Tsp of ginger garlic paste. I personally love to bite the garlic pods in this recipe.
2.Squeeze the fish as much as you can.
3.I have also tried this dish with different fish. All were having similar taste.
