Method
1.Finely chop onion,tomato,green chilli,garic and panner. Cook the spinach and sweet corn in hot boiling water for 5 mins.2.In a kadai melt 1 Tbsp of butter. Add chopped ingredients. Saute well for few mins.
3.Add Red chilli flakes and cooked veggies. Cook well for 5-8 mins. Add salt and pepper to add taste.
4. Take the finger roll and cut into two halves.Dig in the middle as shown in pic to make as boat like. In a tawa add oil and roast the finger roll on both sides. Keep in medium flame or it may be burnt.
5.Brush with little bit of melted butter.Keep the prepared filling on the boat. Place the cheese on top of it.
6.Microwave for 1 min or until cheese melt. Serve hot. We had just like that if you want have with ketchup. If you have kids try it for sure.
Notes
1.If you don't have micro oven place the stuffed boat on tawa in low flame until cheese melts.2.Can try in normal bread too.
3.Filling can be made prior and refrigerated for later use. I prepared night and made this for morning breakfast.
4.Butter was used to bake the finger roll in original recipe. I skipped and used olive oil.
