Veg Fried Rice



Ingredients


Cooked Basmati Rice         1 1/2 Cup
Capsicum(any color)           3/4 cup
Onion                                 1 small
Carrot                                 1 big
Cabbage                             1/2 cup
Spring onion                      1 bunch
Garlic pods                        10
Soya sauce                         1 tbsp
Pepper                                1 tbsp
Salt
Olive oil                             4 tbsp


Method


1.Chop the carrot and cabbage length wise. Cube the capsicum. Fine chop of garlic,onion and spring onion.
2. In a wide pan heat oil. Add Garlic and saute for a min.
3.Add chopped onion,veggies,white part of spring onions and stir fry for 3-4 min. Do not overcook. Veggies should be little crunchy.
4.Now add soya sauce and salt. Mix well.
5.Add cooked rice and mix evenly.
6.Switch off the flame and add pepper powder and chopped spring onion, Mix gently. Serve hot with tomato sauce or any manchurian. Simple ! but tasty.


Note

Add veggies of your own. 
Adding sugar is optional. I Didn't added to my fried rice.
Adjust pepper seasoning as per taste.
Do not sacrifice with olive oil. Yum yum ! My kiddo dialogue.
