Ingredients
Mutton- 1/ 2 kgCoconut milk- 1 cup
Potato- 1 chopped
Onion- 2 small chopped
Tomato-1 big chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Coriander leaves -few for garnishing
For seasoning
Fennel seeds/Sombu- 1/2 tspPatta- 1
Onions- few
Curry leaves-few
Method
1.Clean the mutton with turmeric powder 5 times.2.In a pressure cooker add onion,tomato,mutton,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and chilli powder. Add required water and close the lid. Pressure cook for 7-8 whistle/until mutton gets cooked.
2.Now open the lid and add chopped potato and coconut milk.Check for salt and allow it to boil till potato gets cooked.
3.In a pan heat oil and add the ingredients mentioned for seasoning. Fry till onion becomes golden color.
4.Transfer seasoning into the boiling kuruma. Allow it to boil for another 5 mins. Ready to serve.
5.Garnish with coriander leaves.
