Hakka Fish n Egg Curry

I always wanted to try new recipe on my own. And here comes out chinese style of hakka fish n egg curry. It turned very good and taste was awe sum. Try this you will love it.

Ingredients


King Fish-2 slices
Eggs-2
Capsicum-1/2 cup
Spring onion - 1 no chopped
Onions-1/2 hopped
Tomato-1/2 chopped
Green chilli-1 chopped
Cabbage-1/2 cup
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Red chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Tomato chilli sauce-1tbsp
Garlic-1 pod finely chopped
Oil- 1tbsp(Olive oil is best)
Salt

For fish marination

Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Salt
Chilli powder- 1tsp
Tamarind paste little amount

                                                                                                               







Method

1.First wash the fish and marinade with chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and tamarind paste.
2. Marinade for 20 min at least and shallow the fish. Keep aside. Meanwhile beat 2 eggs with turmeric powder.
3.In a pan heat oil and throe garlic first. saute for 1/2 sec. Now add chopped onions,White part of green onions,tomato,green chilli,cabbage and capsicum. Saute for a min.
4.Now add beaten egg and scramble well. After the egg has been cooked well add soya sauce,chilli sauce and sweet tomato sauce.Check for salt now.
4.Cook in medium heat for 2-3 mins.Meanwhile just make the fried fish into small small pieces with your hands.
5.Finally add the fish into it and saute for a min.  Garnish with spring onions and capsicum.




Note

1.You may also add vegetable oil for this recipe.
2.Add little amount of salt than usual.
3.You can also replace fish with prawns and chicken.
