Ingredients
Chicken- 1/2 kg(Cleaned and washed)
Onion- 1 big chopped
Tomato-2 chopped
Potato- 2 (cubed)
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Chilli powder- 3 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coconut milk-1 cup
Poppy seeds-1/2 tsp
Tempering
Oil-2 tbsp
Onions- 1/2 chopped
Curry leaves- few
Funnel seed-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon stick-1
Bay leaf-2
Garnishing
Coriander leaves
Mehod
1.In a pressure cooker add chicken,onion,tomato,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and chilli powder.Add required water and pressure cook for 6 whistle.2.Open the pressure cooker lid.Add the coconut milk and potato.Allow it to cook till potato cooks..
3.In a pan heat oil and temper all the above ingredients as mentioned in tempering. Add this tempering into the boiling kuruma and garnish with coriander leaves.
