Ingredients
Carrot - 1/2 cup grated
Capsicum- 1 cup chopped
Spring Onion- 1 bunch chopped
Green chilli- 1 slit
1 cup boiled rice
Fennel seed- 1/3 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Curry masala- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Oil
Salt
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Method
1.Heat oil in pan and add sombu/fennel seed2.Add spring onion and saute.Add carrot,capsicum and green chilli.
3.Add turmeric power,curry masala,chilli powder,coriander powder and salt. Saute well
4.Keep in medium flame and close the lid.
5.After 5-7 min open the lid and stir. Add the boiled rice and pepper powder.Mix well
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.
