Banana Fritters


Ingredients

Banana-2 no
All purpose flour-1/4 cup
Sugar-2 tbsp
Cashew- few
Cardamom powder
Oil for deep fry

Method

1.Smash the banana. Add maida,sugar,cashew and cardamom powder into the smashed banana.
2.Heat oil in pan.Take a spoon and dip one by one spoon of banana mixture into oil and fry both sides.
Ready to serve as evening snacks. Kids will love it.

Note

You can also shallow fry the fritters.
This banana fritters is done during navaratri fest times.
