Poricha Meen/Fish Fry

INGREDIENT:(Serves:2)

Cooking time:5 min

King Fish-1 Big slice
Ginger garlic paste- 1 Tbsp
Chilli powder- 1 tsp
Salt
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Fish Masala (optional)
Oil

METHOD

1.Clean and wash fish with salt and turmeric powder.
2.In a bowl mix ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,salt,chilli powder and fish masala. You will get as like as paste consistency due to ginger garlic paste.
3.Now apply this paste on fish completely and allow it to marinate the fish for 20 min in freezer.
4.Shallow fry or deep fry in a oil.

NOTE

Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour/ 20 min freezer.
If u want you can add tamarind paste a little to your paste.
